Qamare Parfums ships authentic Arabic and luxury fragrances throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $59.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Free on orders over $59
- Flat rate of $5.99 on orders under $59

FRAGRANCE SHIPPING NOTICE
Perfumes are classified as flammable liquids under federal hazmat regulations. All fragrance orders ship via ground service only. Air shipping and expedited overnight options are not available for fragrance products. This is a federal requirement and applies to all U.S. fragrance retailers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Available to select countries at checkout
- Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- International transit times: typically 10 to 21 business days
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
- Some countries restrict the import of fragrances; check your local regulations before ordering

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
- We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes within the U.S.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (hazmat restrictions)
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
- If your order arrives damaged: photograph the package and contents and email support@qamareperfumes.com within 48 hours
- If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package: contact us within 5 business days so we can file a claim with the carrier
- We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues promptly

DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
