Qamare ships to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods (holiday season, new launches, viral TikTok moments), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground depending on package size and destination. Delivery runs roughly 2 to 5 business days to the East Coast and 3 to 6 business days to the Midwest, with the West Coast typically at the longer end of that range.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can track directly through the carrier.
Qamare currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening any items and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us and we will help you trace it.
