Qamare ships to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to expand shipping coverage as we grow.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time on a business day often ship the same day.
During high-volume periods (holiday season, new launches, viral TikTok moments), processing may take up to 3 business days. We email you immediately if your order will experience any delay.
Every order ships free via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground depending on package size and destination. Delivery time begins the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track your package directly through the carrier website. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then email support@qamareperfumes.com with your order number.
Qamare currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or military addresses. We hope to expand shipping coverage as we grow.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening any items and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and household members first, then look around your property in case the carrier left it in an unusual location. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we assist with carrier claims.
Authentic Arabian fragrances should not require shipping mathematics. Most luxury fragrance sites tack on $10 to $20 in shipping at checkout. Qamare exists to do better than that.
