About Our Fragrances

Are all your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance sold by Qamare Parfums is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors. Every bottle arrives sealed in original manufacturer packaging with batch codes intact. We do not carry imitations or knockoffs. Our brands include Lattafa, Rasasi, Armaf, Afnan, Orientica, Al Haramain, Maison Alhambra, Ard Al Zaafaran, and Al Rehab.

Why are your fragrances so much cheaper than designer brands?

Arabian fragrance houses produce premium perfumery at lower prices for three reasons. First, lower marketing costs (no celebrity endorsements, no Vogue ads). Second, direct sourcing of high-quality saffron, oud, and amber components in the Middle East where they originate. Third, no luxury retail markup. The same quality molecules used in $300 designer fragrances are available to Arabian houses at competitive prices, and they pass the savings to customers.

Do Arabian fragrances smell similar to popular designer perfumes?

Many Arabian fragrances share scent characteristics with popular designer and niche perfumes. For example, Lattafa Khamrah shares warm vanilla and praline notes with Kayali Vanilla 28. What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (typically 15 to 20%) and lasts longer on the skin. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5 to 15%) and tends to wear off sooner. Most Qamare fragrances are EDPs, designed to last 8 to 12 hours.

How long do your fragrances last?

This varies by formula and skin chemistry. Most Qamare EDPs last 8 to 12 hours, often longer on clothing. Many Arabian formulations actually outperform designer fragrances on longevity because they are more concentrated. Performance can be affected by skin type, weather, and application method. For maximum longevity, apply to moisturized pulse points (wrists, neck, chest).

How many sprays should I use?

Three to four sprays is the recommended starting point for most Qamare fragrances. Arabian formulations are concentrated, so over-application can become overwhelming. Spray on pulse points and one spray on the chest for optimal projection. For office wear, reduce to two to three sprays.

Are Qamare fragrances unisex?

Most Arabian fragrances are officially unisex and wear well on all skin types. The warm-golden character of saffron-amber compositions and the soft musky quality of cloud compositions are gender-neutral by design. Specific releases may lean slightly masculine or feminine based on supporting notes.

Do you sell samples?

We do not sell individual samples yet, but our Discovery Sets and Bundle deals let you experience multiple full-size fragrances at significant savings compared to buying separately.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every Qamare order ships free to all 48 contiguous United States. No minimums. No codes. No exceptions. One bottle or twenty, we ship it free from our Orlando warehouse.

Where do you ship?

Qamare currently ships to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand shipping coverage as we grow.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard ground shipping then takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time often ship the same day. East Coast and South typically arrive in 2 to 5 days. West Coast in 4 to 7 days.

Why cannot you ship perfume by air or overnight?

Fragrances contain alcohol, classifying them as flammable liquids under federal hazmat regulations. We ship all fragrance orders via ground service only to comply with USPS, UPS, and FedEx rules. This applies to every legitimate US fragrance retailer.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours, check your spam folder, then email support@qamareperfumes.com with your order number.

What if my package is damaged or never arrives?

Contact us at support@qamareperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery for damaged orders, or within 5 business days if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and ship a replacement at no cost when warranted.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a perfume I have opened?

No. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. This protects future customers from receiving previously opened bottles. If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no cost to you.

What is your return policy on unopened items?

Unopened items in original packaging with intact cellophane seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping. See our full Returns and Refunds Policy for complete details.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different product, request a refund on the unopened bottle and place a new order for the desired fragrance. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days. The credit typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with bank-level encryption.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Qamare uses Shopify Payments and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. All checkout pages use SSL encryption to protect your information in transit.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or modify an order, email support@qamareperfumes.com immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet shipped, we can usually make changes. Once shipped, modifications are not possible but you may return unopened items.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

For wholesale inquiries, dropshipping arrangements, or bulk orders of 12 bottles or more, email support@qamareperfumes.com with details about your business and estimated order volume.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

We are currently building our rewards program. Subscribe to our email list to be notified when it launches. Email subscribers also receive early access to new releases, restock alerts, and exclusive scarcity drops.
