Return & Refund Policy

Qamare offers a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused fragrances. This page explains the conditions, timeline, and process for returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The 30-day window is calculated from the delivery date shown in carrier tracking, not the date your order was placed or shipped. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Original manufacturer packaging is intact and unopened
  • The cellophane wrap and outer seal are unbroken
  • The bottle has not been sprayed, used, or tested
  • All original packaging materials are included (box, insert, manuals)
  • The product is in resaleable condition

Fragrances with broken cellophane, sprayed bottles, missing packaging components, or visible signs of use are not eligible for return. This protects future customers from receiving previously opened bottles and ensures every Qamare order arrives sealed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sample sizes (under 10ml)
  • Opened or sprayed fragrances
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Bundle deals where any individual item has been opened

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@qamareperfumes.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the fragrance you wish to return
  3. The reason for return
  4. A photo of the unopened bottle and packaging

We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please do not ship returns to us without first receiving an RMA number, as packages without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, defective product). We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service for your return, as we cannot process refunds for returns that are lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. If your bank confirms no pending credit, email us with your order number and we will provide refund processing confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you suspect the product is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@qamareperfumes.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you received a different fragrance than you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item immediately at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You do not need to wait for the incorrect item to be returned before receiving the replacement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange one fragrance for another, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired fragrance. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, we will process a refund minus a $7.50 return handling fee. If you would like the package reshipped instead of refunded, additional shipping charges will apply.
